Replacement
Spingen never contacted me. Also I put a review in Amazon where I bought the case from and in my review I stated I wanted a refund or an unopened item and Amazon did not do anything about it either. This spingen case was purchased with two more cases (Torro and Motorola brand) these two cases arrived unopened (no issues), it was only the spingen one
